DIEGO ONE LINE REFILL – Refill sustainably instead of buying new

With our DIEGO ONE LINE REFILL, we present an innovative, patented system for refillable sticks – specifically designed for solid formulations. This concept sets new standards in sustainability, resource efficiency, and ease of use.

Instead of disposing of the entire stick, the end customer simply purchases the new contents in a small refill container. The high-quality outer container remains in use – over and over again. This not only avoids waste but also significantly reduces plastic consumption: the savings amount to around 78 percent compared to conventional sticks.

The DIEGO ONE LINE REFILL stick is currently available in the 25 ml version. Volumes of 50 ml or 75 ml are available upon customer request. The refill container has a capacity of 28 ml and can be supplied either with a cap or sealed.

The application is as simple as it is ingenious: The refill container is simply turned upside down and placed onto the empty stick. Then, the contents are pushed down into the outer sleeve with light pressure – done. No tools, no effort, no risk – just a smart, intuitive, and sustainable refill process.
